Every product is hand-crafted to order in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and potency. Because nothing sits on a shelf, each order takes a little longer to reach you — but you receive skincare made just for you.

We ship anywhere within the United States and the European Union.

All orders include tracking information sent to your email once shipped.

Your skin's comfort matters to us. If a product doesn't agree with you, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be unopened and unused, with original seals and packaging intact
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival
• If you have a reaction or sensitivity, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right
• Sale and limited-edition items are final sale
• Return shipping is free for domestic (US) orders
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return
