Because each product is made to order, we can only modify or cancel within 2 hours of placement. After that, your batch is already in production. Contact us immediately if you need help.

We accept returns on unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. If you experience a reaction or sensitivity, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a free return label.
